Combining a multitude of disciplines into one cohesive whole through various forms of visual and written arts, Trevor Carroll brings a unique voice of Indigenous perspective through his work. His work provides stark contrasts to be analyzed, both visually and metaphorically with emphasis on the social climate, especially when it comes to preservations of Aboriginal rights in North America as well as social justice as a whole. He works in Vancouver’s film industry and also does visual design and illustration. He is classically trained in drawing, painting and photography and his style is heavily influenced by comic books.
